Styx got revealed. I moved out of range of enemy detection yet it could not become hidden again. There were no beacons enemy ships in range to detect.
Enemy ship in the screenshot is a tau escort with no range upgrade. As you can see, Tzeentch warp signature echo is disabled and enemy homing torpedoes are still homing on it, despite it being in the cloud.

Re: Ship becomes permanently revealed
Greetings NickEcho,
Are you sure your damaged ship had no beacon on it? It would explain why your opponent can still see you.
After several tests, the detection range seems to work correctly. We looked at your screenshot and it suggests the enemy ship is just outside the detection range: torpedoes are shot from behind the edge of the detection circle.
It is difficult for us to know the game context only with a screenshot but if it happens another time, do not hesitate to post another one. May be it will be a bit clearer.

Could have been a widowmaker spotter escort.

his damaged LC is hidden and i think his styx would be close enough to reveal the LC if it had a beacon (not sure cant find the mesuring tape

either way if it has a beacon it is not showing
there could be a scanner-range-upgraded-escort inside the asteroid field but since there is only 1 ship left that needs destroying and its a tau LC without scanner-upgrade that is also not an option same for the widowmaker idea
there is also no spotted enemy so it cant be firing and keeping itself revealed like that
i have had games where a beacon didnt show tho, i have also had games where my enemy didnt see the beacon i placed

Alright Admirals. So may be the beacon needs to be verified. We will double-check this type of situation, may be we missed something.
Thank you for your comments.

The last enemy ship remaining is a tau escort (no detection range upgrade) sitting in that far away nebula. I asked the enemy team if they could see my styx, and they said yes, though they did not know how or why. There was no beacons stuck on either of my ships at the time of the screenshot was taken.
I think that if styx had a beacon on it, the hellbringer is close enough to be revealed, and vice versa.
During the match, enemy managed to stick a beacon on my styx once, though it should have timed out long before (at least 5 minutes) the screenshot was taken.
