Yeah it seems it's real. Well, my Space Wolves / Imperial Navy combined battlegroup could get a second chance...

I would love Necromunda back ... my son is just getting into minture figures wargaming and that would be perfect for him at this stage of his gaming life.

Plus ... I'm looking at GW's costs for games at the moment and  the new Heresy game which is "intended as a low cost, casual gamer" game .. £95?

I am personally looking forward the most to a remake of Battlefleet Gothic. Might bring some other player into the game if the only source for models isn´t Ebay and I could dust of my Eldar fleet.
But you are right of course that GW´s prices are really insane for some of their products and are only ever going in one direction. I am waiting for the day you can pay for models with your soul. Just sign on the dotted line with your blood and that Imperial Knight can be yours...

Well thank god we have 3D Printers today so that you aren't forced to buy ships with the horror prices from GW. Even on Shapeways there are some nice models:

A 3D printer is very much on my shopping list in the next year or so. A decent quality unit for 200x200 maximum production models is only £600.

I haven't looked at the Australian price, but it will probably be the UK equivalent of about 140 pounds or so... as always seems to be the case here. I'm not sure If I even want to know...
