yeah, well as for the custodian, I think they should make it like what it is in the actual TT, where you choose if you want ships attached to the grav hooks, which would bring the custodians actual value down to 330 points (since escorts are a bit of a weakness, not a strength with the Tau anyway, I don't want escorts :L)

The Dhow is amazing... That's literally the one good escort the Tau have and it's the best Escort in the game imo.

It might be a good escort, but escorts rack up the price and 3 of them really hurt the custodian later on, once all 3 of them die thats pretty much a 10% chance of insubordination, that would leave you with the mutiny debuff, which really does hurt it

That's not how mutiny works. You can go insubordinate with the loss of one escort, or you could go ten games losing them all and not go insubordinate.

you get a 3% chance insurbodination at the loss of each escort, 12% for lines and 30% for reaching 30% hull integrity
Im guessing it all stacks onto each other since I have it happen alot when all of the above are met, not so much without the loss of line ships

It does not stack. I've seen entire fleets run at the loss of one escort, then other games with escort spam nothing has ran.

never the less, I don't like loosing ships, and I'd rather have the points spent on drows to get a second protector or better yet, have the custodian cheaper in order to use in a 2v2 so its not unusable in certain game modes or with friends

The tooltips are the mess. I mean come on!

Pincer movement is okey, but than the Tau should turn its prow to one ship, finish it off quick, and turn to the other.

That way your ships 75 frontal shield and armour is not wasted. Broadsiding with Tau is the worst idea ever.

Yeah the hook-less Tau ships are a great idea for the mod. I would prefer adding the old GW models first but its totally impossible.

Please help me change skirmish to be customisable. Its very important for PVE players.

viewtopic.php?f=3&t=515 Mod idea.

are you actually serious........

I shown you a doodle showing you to attack each side with multiple vessels, he turns away from either fleet you'll finish him off quick, he doesn't, its a longer fight but you can still perform different manouvers to get to the rear, just wow dude.....

Duuuude are you high duuuuuuuuuude? Get serious duuuuuuude? I can sound like a hippie on drugs too you see? Would you like to give me some of your happy pills?

The tau are fast enough to keep one enemy ship in frontal arc for most of the time. In case of the Custodian its harder but it got bombers and escorts exactly for that purpose. And you forget that your magic recipe for defeating tau involves outnumbering them 2 to 1?

wow, bit immature.

but you are an idiot, the custodian costs half the points, so you will outnumber them practically 2 to one, so if your not, why are you leaving half your fleet behind

again, since its really simple buy you don't seem to get it here is a picture explaining for you how to kill it

do I need to draw it even more basic for you, or do you understand yet
