Enemy Tau AI Detection radius bugged

I have been playing as Tau or vs Tau or Tau on Tau, and I found out that enemy AI controlled Tau fleets can launch their Gravitic torpedoes at very long range without the use of any beacon or other detection tool first.

My own tau need to detect the enemy first before they can fire off their tau torpedoes.

Please help me change skirmish to be customisable. Its very important for PVE players.
