Chaos and Offensive missions

Hey i am curious.

How do you guys play as offensive missions as chaos vs imps.

Transports i get, that is not too difficult. Fragile ships can generally be overcome by a fast rush.

Break out i'm not too sure about, the stations aren't squishy and have similar range to chaos.

Space Stations. Can be quite tank, hard to inflict damage on with a fleet supporting it properly.

As long as its not lawl nova cannon spam on the cheapest point ship possible, which frankly, is near impossible to beat I typically use mark of nurgle, carriers and void transfer.

The idea is to disable the enemy ships asap then ram with your chaos fleet, letting the multiple marks of nurgle decimate at close range. You'd be shocked at how much damage 3-6 marks of nurgle do and how well void transfer can keep your ships alive while you stay super close. I don't even bother with the stations, I just kill their fleet or make them warp out ftw.

Convoys also get absolutely wrecked by mark of nurgle.

i hadn't considered nurggle in that way.

i was contemplating putting it on carnage/slaughter types.

how do you find if they stack the space station.

Its okay vs space stations but it mainly wrecks the enemy armada, especially smaller ships. 12 damage per second or higher is nothing to laugh at. It's higher damage than most weapons. Trick is when to get in close, too early is bad.
