New Upgrade: Imperial Assassin

What does everything think of it? Basically what it do is to add an effect to the list of critical damage effects a Lightning Strike action can inflict; namely causing a mutiny.

For now I haven't got the renown, but I will 100% try out SM Dauntless with Teleportarium and Assassin. XD

Looks pretty useless... mutiny is whatevs not really a hard game changer. Why not givr SM and MoK their hard (perma) crits back ffs. Eldar got avatar that perma crits why not the others. MoK brawler fleets used to be pretty much just as good if not slightly better than moN brawler fleets and it suited their playstyle of hit and run until all ships where weapon less husks.

so far i have all my ships as SM + additonal teleporter and imp assassin, and the mutiny happens quite often, it also triggers the normal critcal effects and the reduced troop value + the -10 from terminator strikes can really start to pile upeven against orks and sm and make them vulnerble to further strikes or boarding actions.

I believe mutiny makes all of your cooldowns longer. There can be multiple mutinies in one fight right?

yeah it stacks it causes a random amount of critical hits makes cooldowns longer and makes the combustion gauge fill slower

and the big one is - 10 troop value. and all of these effects stack with multiple mutinysi had got a chaos ship down to 30 troop value. which with terminator strike counts as 20, making it super easy to further damage via strikes.

works great in lower point games becomes less relevant above 500
dont forget mutiny causes 2 potentially permanent crits
reduces troop value by 10 and increases all cooldowns including boost by 10% and can stack
pretty damn powerfull
