This is worst case scenario at this point you can brawl with zapps... Every 24 seconds a ship dies.

Its a real green imbalance shit storm out there. This is no bullshit L2P thing lets be furrealz now. Cause i wanted orks to be challenging to play against. But this is a whole new level green shenanigans :D.

Now dont worry i am sure you guys will figure it out in good time once enough sore assholes come strolling through the door.

Its pretty bad. My ass is still hurting and it will probably be scarred for life. megaZapp mark right on my right butt cheek. My ass could be mistakin for harry potter now.

Every patch you guys release seems like its breaking the game more. Did anybody test this?

This will most definantly not do your player base good. This needs a Hotfix As soon as humanly possible.


Man you sure do like to throw the word "crutch" around, and yet look at other factions like chaos kiters(easy to play) brawlers are pretty easy to play, no skill shot weapons required just use your amazing speed to stay the right distance and let mark of OP(nurgle) wreck everything while you are totally immune to assault actions. Imperial navy is easy to play but require a bit more skill than chaos lining up torps and ramming, unless you are using dominator easy mode. Eldar are easy to play, very easy to win with. Space marine were probably the most skill demanding out of all the factions before the nerf now with the macro nerf who knows, I personally think brawlers will roflstomp them.

Also, I should add all factions should be specialists(except for IN which which should be jack of all trades) it is better for balance imo.

Well that will depend what direction orks are heading. If they make them brawly again they are gonna have to improve their speed a lttle bit as well as allow them to still hit things at 6 k so they still have a chance to deal damage against kiters. I like the lower cost option for the ork ships. But it shouldnt be ALL ork ships.

Zapps were fairly balanced before the last patch because people didnt really spam them as much. But the price reduction made it possible for orks to exploit this weapon. Id say increase the cost for zapp slots while maybe decreasing the cost for cannon and carrier ships and giving the cruiser, BC and battleship classes 1 extra kostum point so they can have a little bit more versatility. Using the kostum point should be optional and if you use them so does your point cost on your ship increase depending on the weapon. This will prevent people from spamming the zapp or other things. It will give the ork player to mix their fleet better or assign roles for their ships rather slapping the mandatory weaponsystem for that particular 1 trick pony fleet. Kinda how all the other races got it.

I also think the ork LC should be the ship to get a major speed buff as well as a lengthy (buffed) silent running option already equipped instead of the extra costum slot so they can work like flankers or suprise attackers or something along those lines id think 175 would be not to bad because the LC isnt that hard to take down. This would also possibly open up more options for orks to hurt eldar.

Chaos is fast yes but they are still very beatable. And even nurgle has its cons. And kiting is in a sense kind of a skill too. You suck at kiting you die. If you suck at microing your chaos brawler fleet you die. Chaos brawler fleet can be easily beat by imperials. Imperials got options and a few ways of beating them. You guys have torps and for a skill shot torps are actually really easy to pull of at mid to close range just gotta micro a lil bit more but once you got that down you should be punishing chaos almost every time.

Orks and space marinos need to be tinkered with and I have listed countless ways of maybe achieving this.

Orks pretty much need to be reworked. Read my comment directed towards bludfist thats what id do with the orks.

Space marines have the speed to catch chaos. They just now lack the firepower and ships are way to expensive. They should atleast make some of the LC cheaper so they can atleast field the barge 2 cruisers and a LC and mayby 1 escorts and have some things be interchangable depending on the enemy. That would help them cover their bases. Atm space marines are way to easy to focus down and overwhelm.

ok i like what im reading so far, if silent running becomes core, then what would you do to bood axe favor?

Blood Axes should get the improved detection range 2.5k? That would give orks back their option of utilizing MWJ on their brawler/ scout / flanker ships maybe without it being a too powerful. Cause the blood axes get the nova cannon as well?

Considering, that Orks do not have Auger range upgrade, this sounds like an amazing idea. And dangerous as well. Stealth up the whole fleet, nova enemy while you're almost on target, then jump, RED BUTTTON and boom, a very good trap!

Think bout it for a sec, all your best weapons, mega kannon, zzzaps, torp launchers are all on your prow, how many people are really going to risk it for nova shots?

As of now Orks are kinda wierd. They have nothing that is actually realy good yet they have plenty of decent stuff - and that is rather cheap.
They have imho one of the best cost effective ships out there and I still have my issues of getting around Orks than can each bring a BB AND BC into 2v2.
That is some insane cost efficency.
