Yeah, nothing particularly rare about renegade psykers and the like amongst the archenemy's forces. It'd be practically unheard of for a CSM to be present on so 'insignificant' a ship as an Iconoclast.

yeah they are all just boarding soldiers not chaos marines so don't panic too much! The leader is a psyker as well and has now disabled all the zombies on the ship

Let's get to forwarding the story chaps! Plus we may have a new player id they're still interested in posting!

Then it occurs to me, how chaos space marine replenish soldiers? My guess is that they just "persuade" some weak mind people to join them?

Same way the loyalists do, however due to their corrupted gene-seed they have to capture loyalist gene-seed.

Hello my fellow survivors, turns out you weren't the only ones to survive the crash and... aftermath. Jarrid gave me the go ahead for joining, so with any luck you'll be meeting Tol soon. Assuming I survive to get to you. Introductions first
----------------
Name: Tol'Beor'Torey
Rank and Role: Armsman, Ship Security - Counter Boarding emphasis
Age: 23
Description: 6'10" tall. Bronze skin. Toned, muscular build. Brown eyes. Clean shaven save for a thick braid beginning at the center of his scalp and wrapped loosely around his shoulders. Multiple lash scars crisscross his back, seemingly freshly acquired.

Brief History:
Tol'Beor'Torey was born in the dirt of a backward and backwater feral world, a world long regressed to a almost viking age state, save for the advanced steels they still remember how to produce. He grew up in a land of warring kingdoms, constantly raiding each other to prove their valor to the Golden Warrior, King of Kings, whose skyships come to take the best warriors to battle amongst the stars.

As Tol matured into a capable warrior, a group of Ork pirates moved into the system, using the Moon above his home-world as their base of operation, and while they never bothered to strike the pitiful planet below, their actions did draw the attention of of the Imperial Navy. The captain sent, after losing thousands of security personnel in a number skirmishes with the orks, began drawing on the warriors below to replenish his forces, taking them with their original armaments in his desperation for supplies. Tol'Beor was one of warriors who joined, eager to prove his might in the Golden Warriors war.

Since then, Tol was shunted from orkish conflict, to basic training, to his current post on the Corsica, almost faster than he understood. His direct approach to problems, and lack of understanding of both the Navy Discipline and the Sacred Machines that surround him, have seen him fall from the good graces of the security officers (and earned him a few lashes to boot), but he still tries his best to serve the Corsica as best he can, ready to charge into battle at a moments notice, with his greatsword raised and his families traditional warcry on his lips.
"Goahm Argo'Ohm"

Steel sang through flesh as the blue green blade scattered the bodies of the one reanimated, the tide of corpses subsiding just as it's weight was poised to overwhelm. Tol' stood ready, surrounded by cleaved bodies and scattered limbs, blood and sweat running in rivulets down toned muscles as the tribal warrior listened to the pounding of his own heart, straining to pickup the hints of movement that his eyes wouldn't see in the dark hallway.
That is when the voice came.

"Good morning..." whispered the darkness itself, sweet, terrible, and uncomfortably close to an ear.

Tol felt as much as heard the impact of metal on metal from the wall to his right, and moments later the darkness was split, torn asunder by a blinding, flickering white light. Unsure what was coming, and unwilling to find out the hard war, Tol' near flew over the fallen once-crewmen, securing his blade on his back as he sprinted to where wall met bulkhead nearest the piecing blade of light.

Bracing himself in the corner, and using the ornate iconography as hand holds, he began to ascend, climbing foot by foot as the white flame met the floor. The room shook. Reverberating as a section of the hull fell crashing to the ground, and Tol' looked down from above as the dark clad men, no, murderers, entered the hallowed halls he was duty bound to protect. As the Dark Ones fanned out into the bloody hallways, Tol' quietly scurried, clinging to the detailing of the deckhead, into a shattered vent, exposed in the initial crash. If he was to fight the Dark Ones, he needed to seek out the owner of that voice, the one which had beckoned just as the dead had begun to rise.

For what were they all dying for? Shedler, Nitopov, Drammer... the crew? What value does life hold when it is spent like currency of a cruel god?

The tech priests were beeping to each other and Jebediah was utterly confused, but the tone of Keir's... speech contradicted Karnak's reassuring tone. It seemed amazing an electronic beeping could be emotional. Barnes quickly asked the enginseers:
- Anything?
- The heavy servitors UNK13 found can function as a shield against the heretics, lieutenant. However, they can fight back only at melee range - Keir answered.
- Sir, even with these servitors we are outgunned and given how loud they are...
- Yes, Adama, but they are undoubtly an asset. It's paramount we get some use out of them.
- Allow me to interfere - came from under Mita's deemly lit hood - I can order the servitors to spread out on the deck and enter standby mode. This way, I can remotely activate them if need be and we don't risk reveal becouse of their hulking appearance.
- Sounds good. Do it before the enemy can get close enough to intercept them. - having said that, Barnes hunched and for a second one could see a grimace of pain on his face - But we still need to hide.

It was clear the officer must have suffered an injury he didn't want to show. It reminded Kermin he was also wounded, but thankfully the painkillers were still doing their part. He wished he could help, but he had never been in the engine section before. The group was reliant on the enginseers for this one.

- We must first change our location - said Karnak - the heretics are on their way here as we speak.

Sorry for my absense , but I'm a bit at a loss as in how to continue. I'll come up with something decent. Just a heads up that I'm still here.

Is it okay if I push the story forward a bit more? I don't want to 'rob' anybody from story time.

As the warrior slid through the blood slicked ventilation shaft he tried his best to rest and relax his aching muscles. He crawled over the twisted and mutated bodies of the dead through the labyrinthine tunnels, trusting in his instincts and his faith to lead him down the right path whenever there was a branch.

Time and again, Tol would come across a vent output and catch a glimpse or whisper of the dark ones. They seemed to move in groups of three, but communicated with the other groups using small black boxes, like those used by the men he served.

They seemed to be searching, but focused, converging on a single location, a single goal, Cornering like hounds on a hunt. Tol resolved to beat them there, picking up his pace as he moved through the walls.
