Trouble with the Campaign

For any issues with the campaign (black screen, no audio, audio issues...).

A. WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER IS REQUIRED:

Please check that Windows Media Player is installed then run the application in order to check that you can run it.

Otherwise, please install or reinstall Windows Media Player:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/download-windows-media-player

B. CHECK THAT AN AUDIO PLAYBACK DEVICE IS ENABLED:

An audio device must be available and enabled.
Please right click on the icon Speakers (located on the Windows taskbar, bottom right) and click ‘Playback devices’.
Locate the desired audio device then click ‘Speakers' and the button ‘Set Default’.
To test the audio device, right click on ‘Speakers’ and click 'Test'.
