Hah! Mind, I think Eldar will be powerful enough that he will like them after a day or two.
Pulsars are an aim skillshot its true, but their damage is Rickdiculous so I doubt he'll mind it. They should suit his playstyle as long as the dread wobbly issue is solved!
That said, can we have some more info about custom games? Maybe a bit more accurate nova Cannons?
