The framework is not badly written. Tindalos could adjust the inaccuracy however they please. It just happens to be so that the dispersion is encoded in a way that I do not have access to at the current time.

Which is funny, because they actually added support for this feature specifically. One could disable the tactical cogitator with a one minute change using a mod. They could do it even quicker. There are plenty of other places to use all the weapon types. People can vote for what they want, and all vote options are perfectly valid.
