The only thing I think that could revitalize this game would be total mod support. Otherwise its just too... same-y As much as you are right... even if Tindalos does something to revitalize this game, it sure as hell isn't gonna be mod support. As much as you are right...

try it with tzeensh carrier :D tau kill AI easy, sure but getting orks or marines to rank 70 is a different story getting crew to be usefully arranged and escorts with upgrades would not be a fix for the AIs inability to fight tau but it would be a good added challenge when using another faction an...

Before SM and Tau release, peak players during week ends was at around 200 people and you were still finding game in MP quite quickly so game will probably become unplayable around 150 peak players.
