Big post mathing out how the emperor is the better ship vs the voidstalker than the ret, but all the numbers and information got lost in the warp. This forums Geller fields have become suspect and require Inquisition.

I'll treat this as a honest question. Lances, in the TT, had a half chance of dealing what this game considers 100 dmg / turn. Pulsars were lances that if they hit, had a 50% chance to deal another 100 dmg, followed by another 50% chance for another 100 dmg. This variable damage meant that they had ...

Just think about this: Does Eldar have anything beside Pulsar's to even stand a chance? Pretty much this. The pulsar itself isn't really all that bad. 3 dps Lance on a fixed mount. Tbh people complaining about pulsars, rather than the void stalker specifically, need to l2p. Pulsars are a 3dps weapon with a huge alpha, and unless it's on a 12k voidstalker (who's probably hitting you harder with bombers than its pulsars anyways) is far from some sort of God cannon. Additionally the removal of the upgrade to improve locked on Lance's further reduced the desirability of imperial Lance's (chaos still can take this option)

Again, this could be bundled with the macro accuracy upgrade (and sheild dmg with ap rounds)
