I don't see how you can say your math is correct when you list 1/8th for 2 hits and the same 1/8th for 3 hits on the tt pulsar. Yeah the range upgrades should be rolled into one upgrade for both lances and macros. But right now, anything a Lunar can do, a Tyrant or Gothic just does better. At least the Slaughter has its speed buff to compensate for the crappy hybrid weapons. Heh, that got me thinking of base 188 speed lunar...

I've mentioned elsewhere but there is another issue with the voidstalker if pulsar ranges get nerfed: the order of applied damage could make the pulsars better. Actually the Voidstalker pulsars did not have a 180degree fire arc, 2 of them shot front and left and 2 of them shot front and right.
