Give Orks prow mounted Flakk Kannons (mini nova cannons mechanically) that shoots shells which explode at up to 12k range, spewing boarding shrapnel. It would do minimal damage, but always crits in a 1k radius. >.>

Adding points is a simple solution, but with the side effect of allowing even fewer ships per battle.

The ship selection screen showed that I had 4 line ships selected: BC, C, 2x LC. On the battle map during ship placement phase, the cruiser was nowhere to be found.
