I can't agree with you on crews, but it's your guide so I won't argue.

Regarding gauge I agree that you need to be aware of when you're using it, but firing two broadsides, plus prow weapons to the enemy's one broadside will let a dauntless take on a lunar or tyrant and win.

Afraid not. Orks can already get above 100% crit chance and I have never seen them do a double crit.

Regarding saim Han, if you use the disruption skill first your opponent will have to get within 2500 units to identify you, you can't put a beacon on an unidentified target. Remember that lock on will probably work on bombardment cannon too. So with extended order you have 4 shots at 76% crit chance, that is rather impressive.
