I could be interested. Much rather have something like this implemented in game as a part of the game than jumping from a website to the game in between every match.

I've already left after playing for a week. Not because of any balance issues (and trust me there are issues) but because of the lack of multiplayer content and silly small fleet size limits. I'll probably come back briefly when the New factions launch but until the multiplayer gets some significant...

Increasing the player count to say 4 - 8 and limiting control to one or two ships would keep micro down (so no need for that evil Tac Cog) and still allow for potentially bigger battles (but not substantially bigger than we have already so still viable resource-wise). Honestly the too much micro argument Is a little weak. Have we not played supreme commander, dawn of war, total annihilation, war/starcraft, grey goo, ect ect? I think the rts loving community can handle a little extra micro.

I've been saying this game needs a 4 player horde mode for a while now. This net code problem with larger fleets should never have been a problem in the first place. 4 player Horde mode? All factions at some point? Want to see how the necron play out.
And definitely increase the fleet limit in 2v2. It's severely limiting at the moment.

Played about 5 more games with orks: dear Christ they're slow! Not just in ship speed but attack speed as well. Especially with range and accuracy being so low. Makes me feel like ork dps is dependent on number of ships focusing one target. 2v2 hasn't been my friend lately.
