The issue here is what if a BB with the 4 Pulsars parks outside of detection range, uses the ability that reduces spotting range to 1k when the opponent gets too close and just sits there spamming these 4 pulsars without a worry in the world. I'm only here to help fixing Pulsar while trying not to straight nerf it to the ground. thats why I'm proposing alternatives. (sorry if I'm rude) Also having an other Idea, why not having passively firing pulsars ? that would make the idea of getting to close range possible, passing the ennemy fleet...

I'm not against the Idea (I don't like it 100% but It could work well) but what I see here is that the numbers are nerfing the pulsars by 50% on the Eldar usual play range without anything else beside it, so it would only slow down Eldar hit and run game by alot. let me give an alternative while kee...

Seems not, this 100dmg AOE is heresy, so you can't let heresy be shown.

The red circle is the epicenter of the nova cannon, you take a whole 200dmg in it.
double the AOE (roughly), and you have a 100dmg AOE

Well thats my thought, but Eldar now is only relying on the fact that Pulsar is dealing heavy dmg. closing distance to under 7.5k/6k of an Eldar is rather easy. You'll put Eldar on a bad shape by doing so, even temporarily. Straight nerf the pulsar to 20dmg or less, and they can't rely on anything l...

Holofields were more reliable before, in fact they were OP, having 90% nullified dmg with heavy pulsar dmg was way too much. But now, Holofields isn't reliable at close range (and that's around 7.5k/6k range, not even counting the 10k sensor range), they only have their pulsar left to deal with. So,...
