if the nova cannons purpose is to fire before an assault, then the cool down between shots isn't long enough. regarding ship point costs, sounds like the devs need to hire a good mathematician

in CTT eldar had similar skills for holofields and a speed boost skill that's on cooldown

Armor Piericing only work for the actual shoot. Simple Example: Lets say you Torpedo does 100 Damage and you have an Armor of 75. Now the armor protect 75 of the incoming damage so your ship get 25 Damage. 100(Income-Damage)-75 (Armor) = 25 Damage (Final Damage) The armor is still there, it only ne...
