If a admiral flees to save his ship (and thus preserve ships for the war effort) and brings back intel on enemy fleet movements he wont be greeted a hero but he wont be shot either. Agreed, right now it feels like it's just a nice gimmick for people knowing the lore, it just "fits in the universe" but nothing more. Maybe a malus on the overall crew ability for the rest of the battle? (moves slower, longer reload times, ...) Also, never happened to me but can this exec...

I'd also suggest implementing a way to choose the point limit per match instead of using the admiral level for reference.
