Re: Which Faction would you like to see the most in Battlefleet Gothic?

Re: Engagement effects on accuracy

I get that, but you would think that that would be mitigated to some degree by the fact that you have a MUCH bigger profile to hit. Even moving past a broadside of a ship, I would figure that an 8km wide target [abeam] would be easier to hit than a 2~km target [Closing/away]. Personally I would thi...

Re: Engagement effects on accuracy

I have noticed that it seems to be easier to hit an abeam ship in the game. Which is more intuitive IMO, I never really got why it was the opposite in TT. Well, shooting a target moving abeam vs. abreast should be more difficult just because of how speed works vs. accuracy. But this is 40K, and way...

Re: Warp Jumps

But it is not needed, and when there are balance issue that already exist, causing more to change something for the worse, is counterproductive. I am not being hostile at all. I would not say it is out of place at all; in the TT game you could disengage without a penalty, and it was the same thing,...

Re: Warp Jumps

Well, I wouldn't be suggesting anytning if changes weren't needed, would I? Setting a few numbers is still a small price to pay to eliminate something in direct conflict with the story. And by Vandire's teeth, one does not need to be an expert to spot something that silly and out of place. You're n...

Re: Warp Jumps

90% is already on the generous side, seeing as how the only examples of attempting an early jump I've read about all resulted in catastrophic existential failures. You could still warp out on the map edges without this penalty. I didn't mean the micro warp jump ability. I re-worded the lines that c...

Re: Chaos macro and missile pod changes: Didn't do shit

If anything I've said here could be described as a verbal slamming, I've either sorely underestimated my argumental strength, or the people here are more sensitive and fragile that I thought. Seriously, this is nothing, especially nothing to get worked up over the internet, in turn over a game. You...

Re: Chaos macro and missile pod changes: Didn't do shit

It's an english forum, so no thanks, if you want to go ahead and be an ass, I'll just consider this you conceding defeat. Pot calling the kettle black dude. You have been an ass to everyone who disagrees with you in this thread. No, I haven't, but if someone doesn't get on someones case when they d...

Re: Strange Deployment bug

Just saying, but this should be in the technical forum, where the bugs go.
